J05 Pension Income Options
At the end of this unit, candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of: the process of decumulating pension funds and the main issues for clients and advisers; the main choices facing members of pensions schemes during decumulation; the features, risks and tax treatment of the secured pension option; the features, risks and tax treatment of the unsecured pension option; the features, risks and tax treatment of phased retirement; and the features, risks and tax treatment of the alternatively secured pension option.

CF1 UK Financial Services, Regulation, and Ethics
This qualification develops an understanding of the financial services sector, including regulation and legislation.
CF6 Mortgage Advice
This qualification assesses a knowledge and understanding of the UK regulation environment in the financial services sector, mortgage products, repayment options and the giving of mortgage advice.
ER1 Equity Release
This examination assesses a knowledge and understanding of the different types of equity release products, risks to the consumer associated with equity release and application of suitable equity release solutions according to the circumstances of different customers.
FA2 Pensions Administration
This unit provides the essential knowledge and skills needed by those working in, or starting a career in, administrative and pensions roles or staff working in the life and pensions sector.
LP2 Financial Services Products and Solutions
Financial Services Products and Solutions (LP2) develops knowledge and understanding of customer needs, how financial services professionals and organisations identify and provide for these needs, including an understanding of key retail financial products such as savings, investments and tax wrappers.
