Our fees

With no hidden costs and a simple pricing structure, you’ll always know what you’re paying for.

Value that meaningfully exceeds the fee you pay

We believe it’s important that you understand how we’re paid, right from the start. Openness matters to us, which is why we are upfront about the cost of our services. You’ll find our fees clearly outlined on our website, allowing you to understand the investment involved before making any decisions.

We recognise that working with a financial adviser is an important investment of both money and trust. Our responsibility is to ensure that investment delivers real value, through thoughtful advice, long‑term planning, and outcomes that genuinely matter to you.

If we believe we can’t deliver value that meaningfully exceeds the fee you pay, we’ll be upfront about it and, where possible, guide you towards a more suitable alternative.

The cost of our services

Our initial advice fee is fixed and based on the complexity of your situation and the time required to complete the work.

Our standard fee is

£2,995

This includes;
  • Understanding your circumstances
  • Exploring your personal objectives and financial goals
  • A review of up to two existing arrangements with additional plans charged seperately
  • Developing your financial plan
  • Providing advice and recommendations
  • Implementing our recommendations and putting your financial plan into action
  • If we believe your circumstances require less of our time, we will reduce the fee to a minimum of £1,495.
  • If your situation is more complex, such as involving inheritance tax planning, we apply an hourly rate on-top of our standard fee. Where this is the case, we cap our fee at a maximum of £6,995.

Everything you need to know about how and when you pay

When?

There is nothing to pay upfront. Our fee will be agreed following your discovery meeting and paid once our work is complete.

How?

Our fee can either be settled by yourself directly by invoice, or taken from your investment. If the latter, it is important to note that these fees will reduce the value of your investments accordingly.

VAT

In the majority of cases, our fees will not be subject to VAT. However, before asking you to sign our Fee Agreement, we will confirm the VAT position in respect of the work that we have agreed to undertake on your behalf.

Our ongoing partnership

Financial planning isn’t a one-time task – it’s an ongoing process that requires regular progress checks to make sure your plans stay on track.

We provide three levels of our ongoing partnership: Core, Core Plus, and Core Premium. The fee we charge is based on the amount of assets we look after.

Core

Our Core service is designed for clients with assets up to £350,000.

It includes:

  • An annual Progress Check meeting to review your plans, current circumstances, and objectives.
  • A consolidated annual report of your plans and investments within the scope of our advice.
  • Recommendations for switching investment funds where suitable and beneficial for you.
  • Written confirmation that your plans and investments remain suitable.
  • Assistance with administration of your plans and support with any third-party providers as needed.
  • Telephone and email access to your planner between scheduled Progress Check meetings.
  • 15% initial fee discount if you require advice outside of these services.
  • 5% initial fee discount for family members.

Core Plus

Our Core Plus ongoing service is designed for clients with assets between £350,000 and £1,000,000.

This includes all of the Core features plus:

  • A detailed cashflow model to help you plan with confidence.
  • Advice, support, and facilitation on “top-ups” to your investments.
  • Advice, support, and facilitation on withdrawals (once per tax year).
  • Engagement with your other professional advisers on your financial affairs.
  • 30% initial fee discount if you require advice outside of these services.
  • 15% initial fee discount for family members.

Core Premium

Our Core Premium ongoing service is designed for clients with assets over £1,000,000.

This includes all of the Core and Core Plus features, plus:

  • Additional meetings beyond your Annual Progress Check meeting.
  • A subscription to Zenplans – a digital estate planning tool, accessible to you and your family for when they need it most.
  • 100% initial fee discount if you require advice outside of these services
  • 50% initial fee discount for family members

Our ongoing service fee

The service levels we offer are based on the value of assets under our advice. As the value of your assets change over time, you will have the option of considering switching to alternate service levels available to you at your next annual progress check meeting. Our ongoing advice fees will be adjusted accordingly once a new service level is agreed.

Value Fee (%)

The next £2,150,000 0.35%
The next £2,500,000 0.20%
